Registration instructions:

We advise you to prepare your contact, and payment information before you start the registering process.
You do not have to log into the system, but your registration will not be valid if you do not choose a method of payment

Step I
Start with clicking ‘Fill in the form’.
All fields marked with stars are obligatory, and you cannot move onto the next stage until they are completed Check if your e-mail address is correct, as all confirmation messages will be sent to the address you provide.
Save the form and click the ‘Submit’ button.

Step II
Select the payment method and click the ‘Proceed with payment’
button

Note:
If you select to pay by credit card, please be ready to provide your credit card information. Sometimes also the second security code might be needed. [This is usually located on the back of the card] If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please print the bank transfer information from the system.
If you need an invoice, it will be sent to you by post in a few days after registration.

If you want to change the method of payment after your registration, please go back to your form through the link in the confirmation message. If you have any problems, please contact eage@tkk.fi .

 

Cancellation policy: A full refund is available for cancellations received before 7th September for those paying by credit card. Bank Transfer payments will incur a €30 cancellation fee. From September 8th no refunds are available.
